feat(notification): support SSL SMTP for direct-TLS mail servers
Company mail (mail2.lanestel.net) uses SMTP port 465 with SSL/TLS, not STARTTLS on 587 like Gmail. Add mail.smtp.ssl.enable property gated by MAIL_SSL_ENABLE (default false, no change for Gmail setup).
